Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment location. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, and standard tracked shipping typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Free standard tracked shipping is available on orders of $79 or more, while orders under $79 will be charged a flat shipping fee shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, weather, local carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or import fees charged by the destination country, and these fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are complete and accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, failure to collect, or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment, and any refund may exclude original shipping and handling costs.
